B2B Tech Sales Hunter / Business Developer (SaaS, CRM, Web Dev)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven B2B Sales Hunter to generate new international projects for our software services portfolio. You will connect our SaaS, CRM and web development expertise with businesses across Europe, the GCC and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and acquire new B2B clients seeking SaaS, CRM or web development solutions.
• Target decision‑makers outside Algeria and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing.
• Develop and propose tailored sales strategies that align with client needs.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and report progress to the leadership team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or tech consulting.
• Strong understanding of software services, SaaS products and system integrations.
• Excellent English communication; French is a plus.
• Self‑motivated “hunter” mentality with resilience and a results‑focused attitude.
