B2C Commercial Training Specialist

About the role

ElGhazali Marketing Agency is looking for a Commercial Formation B2C specialist to design and deliver sales training programs for consumer‑facing teams. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Algiers, and focuses on equipping frontline staff with effective sales techniques, customer‑engagement practices, and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and translate them into tailored training curricula.
• Develop training materials, workshops, and hands‑on sessions for B2C sales teams.
• Facilitate in‑person training sessions and coach participants on sales tactics.
• Monitor performance indicators to assess training impact and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to align training content with current campaigns and business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in B2C sales, including customer acquisition, upselling and retention.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for sales teams.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning and the consumer journey.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate metrics, identify gaps and propose actionable solutions.
• Ability to work on‑site in Algiers, manage multiple client projects and collaborate within a team.
• Relevant academic background in business, marketing, commerce or a related field; agency experience is a plus.
• Fluency in French and/or Arabic; working knowledge of English is advantageous.
