Bilingual Sales Representative (English/French)

About the role

1 Clean Air, a family-owned company specializing in air duct cleaning, HVAC services and insulation, is looking for a bilingual English and French speaker for a long-term collaboration. This is a full-time, 100% remote position where you will handle both sales and administrative responsibilities alongside the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales activities
• Prospect and qualify potential clients through calls and emails
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their needs to recommend suitable solutions
• Give feedback to management on client interactions and market trends
• Support scheduling, follow-ups and coordination with other departments
• Assist with general administrative tasks

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French
• Dedicated workspace ensuring confidentiality and focus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
