Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (French & English) Sales Representative to join our remote team on a long‑term basis. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will support daily sales operations and help our clients find the right air‑duct cleaning, HVAC, and insulation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
• Prospect and qualify potential clients through outreach activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Provide feedback on client interactions and market trends to management.
• Support scheduling, follow‑ups, and the overall sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and French.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to multitask.
• Dedicated workspace that ensures confidentiality and focus.
