Booking Agent

About the role

The Booking Agent will manage travel reservation requests and ensure a high‑quality client experience. Working under a supervisor, you will guide customers through their travel plans and handle bookings in line with Yassir Travel's procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests from clients.
• Assist customers in planning and organizing trips.
• Book airline, maritime tickets, hotels, transfers, and other tourism services.
• Verify availability, rates, and reservation conditions.
• Maintain administrative follow‑up of client files.
• Deliver quality service and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
• Adhere to internal procedures and Yassir Travel quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Tourism, Management, Commerce, or Marketing.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Organized, rigorous, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Initiative‑driven, curious, and eager to learn continuously.
• Dynamic, responsive, and capable of working in a demanding environment.
• Versatile, autonomous, and responsible.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
