Brand & Customer Manager – Vaccines (LevNA Cluster)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Customer Manager to lead the Vaccines portfolio across the LevNA Cluster, which includes Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, and Iran. The role also serves as the Pharmacist Responsible for Scientific Information in Algeria, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and customer engagement plans for key vaccines across the cluster.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Manage product life‑cycle activities, including brand strategy, pricing inputs, advertising, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to define product requirements and support execution.
• Review and enhance existing vaccine offerings and campaigns based on market feedback.
• Prepare and coordinate product introductions, updates, and promotional initiatives.
• Develop and manage compliant promotional and advertising campaigns.
• Forecast, plan, and monitor project costs and resource requirements.

Required profile

• Pharmacist qualification with responsibility for scientific information in Algeria.
• Proven track record in brand management and marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects and collaborating with diverse market teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market research and performance data.
