About the role

Cyberlex is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the commercial strategy for its AI‑driven legal intelligence platform and conversational assistant, Lexy AI. You will shape market entry, drive growth, and build strategic partnerships across Algeria.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Go‑To‑Market strategy, including positioning, pricing, and launch planning.
• Drive commercialization of Cyberlex and Lexy AI across professionals, enterprises, institutions, and universities.
• Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
• Design and execute lead‑generation and customer‑acquisition initiatives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collect user feedback to support continuous product improvement.
• Track key performance indicators and propose actions to accelerate growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, product marketing, or SaaS commercialization.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and innovation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and partnership‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and results‑orientation.
• Fluency in English (required); Arabic essential; French a plus.
