Business Development – Partnerships (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development – Partnerships Representative to expand our network of strategic partners. Working remotely, you will identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations that generate revenue and strengthen our market position.

Key responsibilities

• Research and approach potential partners to create new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with revenue goals.
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with partners on joint marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Track partnership performance, report metrics, and suggest improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats.
• Conduct product presentations and sales calls alongside partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or partnership roles.
• Advanced written and spoken English and French.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently from a home office with reliable internet, laptop, microphone and camera.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in image‑editing platforms such as Canva and Illustrator.

• Contract position with a base compensation of $1,100 USD plus commission.
