Captain Waiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, confident Captain Waiter to lead a service section at Little Krazy, a whimsical fine-dining venue. You will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a personalised and memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised table service in line with the restaurant’s standards.
• Manage a designated dining section, coordinating with kitchen and bar to guarantee accurate and timely order delivery.
• Welcome guests, present the menu, explain dishes, ingredients, preparation methods and daily specials.
• Provide expert recommendations, upsell premium items and handle dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Take orders and enter them into the POS system, process bills and ensure seamless payment.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Lead, train and mentor junior wait staff and food runners, maintaining consistent service quality.
• Maintain knowledge of all food, beverage and promotional offerings, including allergens, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience as a Captain Waiter, Senior Waiter or equivalent in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel or fine‑dining establishment.
• Warm, engaging and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent in Arabic.

Required skills

• POS system operation.

What we offer
