Channel Sales Lead – Levant & North Africa

About the role
The Channel Sales Lead will own the Mozn partner narrative across the Levant and North Africa, turning recruitment, enablement, activation and demand generation into a repeatable, revenue‑driving motion. Reporting to the Channel team, you will work closely with pre‑sales, marketing and executive stakeholders to build and execute partner‑led sales strategies that generate pipeline and ARR for the Mozn.ai portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and operationalise the end‑to‑end partner model (Recruitment → Enablement → Activation → Capability → Demand Generation → Pipeline → Revenue).
- Drive greenfield market penetration through direct enterprise engagement while leveraging partner ecosystems.
- Design and implement repeatable partner activation and co‑sell frameworks that scale across the region.
- Create territory plans that balance direct selling with partner leverage.
- Align Mozn.ai strategy with partner sellers around defined account targets and convert enablement into execution.
- Build structured quarterly business review (QBR) frameworks to track pipeline, revenue and activation metrics.
- Serve as the regional commercial face of Mozn across enterprise, government and partner ecosystems.
- Lead strategic enterprise sales together with partners and independently close direct opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements while balancing revenue impact, speed to market and long‑term ecosystem health.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading channel or partner‑led sales programs in fast‑paced, B2B environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of building scalable sales motions and achieving measurable ARR.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with pre‑sales, marketing, and executive teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of representing the company regionally.
- Experience in enterprise AI, financial crime prevention or knowledge‑intelligence domains is a plus.
