About the role

The company is seeking a dedicated Weighing Operator to join its production team in Algiers. The role focuses on accurate weighing of raw materials, ensuring traceability and compliance with manufacturing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform weighing of raw materials according to production orders.
• Verify material conformity (reference, batch, quantity) before weighing.
• Record weighing data in ERP systems or paper documents.
• Label weighed products for identification and traceability.
• Maintain traceability of all weighing operations.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF) and HSE procedures.
• Monitor the proper functioning of weighing equipment (industrial balances).
• Report any anomalies such as weight deviations, quality issues, or equipment failures.
• Participate in cleaning and organizing the work area.

Required profile

• Bac+2 in chemistry, biology, agri‑food, pharmaceutical industry or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail, rigor and precision.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry.

Required skills

• Knowledge of weighing and dosing procedures.
• Mastery of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF).
• Operation and maintenance of industrial balances.
• Data entry into ERP or similar systems.
