Chargé d'études – Communication & Data Analysis

About the role

The Chargé d'études will support the communication department by collecting, consolidating and analysing activity data. The role combines data‑driven performance monitoring with the creation of communication content and the management of internal and external campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse data related to communication activities.
• Design, launch and monitor internal and external communication campaigns.
• Produce performance reports on media, social networks, events and field actions, focusing on KPIs, timelines, service quality and client feedback.
• Develop and track performance indicators (KPI) for communication projects.
• Draft captions, articles, scripts and detailed analytical notes.
• Conduct comparative statistical analyses across social platforms (e.g., Meta, others).
• Collaborate with operational teams and external structures to improve communication efficiency.

Required profile

• Analytical, rigorous and versatile mindset with strong synthesis abilities.
• Team‑player, proactive, able to work under pressure.
• Interest in event management, public relations and communication processes.
• Good organisational skills, responsibility and quick learning capacity.
• Multilingual advantage (Arabic, French, English).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Cap Cut video editing.
• Knowledge of AI tools and infographic design software.
• Ability to collect, structure, treat and analyse data.
• Competence in KPI definition and monitoring.
• Statistical analysis and comparative analytics.
• Social‑media analytics across platforms.
