Chargé(e) d'Etudes – Coordination des travaux avec les prestataires

About the role

The Study Officer will oversee the progress of construction works and ensure effective coordination with external service providers such as contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. This position is based in Hydra, Algiers and reports to the project management team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on construction activities to guarantee compliance with schedules and specifications.
• Coordinate with external providers, manage contractual relationships, and handle amendments.
• Analyze public tender procedures, evaluate offers, and ensure proper contract administration.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain traceability of all project documents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and represent the company in meetings with partners.

Required profile

• 3 to 7 years of experience in work monitoring within construction firms, engineering offices, or technical services.
• Strong knowledge of public procurement processes and contract management.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
• Educational background: Engineering degree or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical, or Construction Engineering.
