Chef de Projet Business Développement

About the role

The Business Development Project Manager will lead the identification, analysis and execution of growth opportunities for Groupe BIOPART in the pharmaceutical sector. Reporting to senior management, the role combines strategic partnership development with project coordination across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and synthesize new business opportunities and present recommendations to the Board.
• Develop and maintain a network of current and potential partners, initiating and monitoring relationships.
• Create business cases, financial analyses and feasibility studies to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments with Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Industrial, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
• Negotiate, finalize and operationally launch partnership agreements.
• Lead business development projects, tracking milestones, risks and timelines.
• Maintain project databases, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Provide regulatory, scientific, technological and competitive intelligence to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Biology, Process Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical regulations.
