About the role

We are seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead our manufacturing floor during assigned shifts in Oran. This temporary position requires the incumbent to maintain production efficiency, ensure smooth team coordination, and be based locally in Oran.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

Engineer degree or Master 2 in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.
Three to ten years of experience in industrial production environments.
Strong sense of organization and management to keep the shift running smoothly.
Proven ability to lead and manage a production team.
Must reside in Oran, Algeria.
