About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to support the sales and development activities of our school located in Bab Ezzouar, Algiers. The role involves assisting the commercial team in daily operations, client interaction, and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including preparing documents and managing correspondence.
- Assist in handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the customer database.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and follow‑up communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve any client issues.
- Participate in the organization of promotional events and school open days.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Motivation to work in a dynamic educational environment.
