About the role

Join Transsion Algeria’s Field Force in Oran as the face of the Oraimo brand. You will bring the brand to life across retail locations, influence customer experience and drive measurable business results on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Oraimo product visibility and optimal placement in stores and distribution points.
• Collaborate closely with retailers and distributors to execute brand‑driven promotions.
• Monitor market trends, collect sales data and customer feedback, and report insights to the commercial team.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support the execution of tactical initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, FMCG or telecom environments.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into actionable plans.
• Highly organized, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑moving field setting.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
