Community Manager – Social Media Engagement

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Manager who will be the voice of our brand across social platforms. You will keep conversations lively, spot emerging trends early, and ensure our audience wants to engage rather than mute us.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Social Media Managers to produce content that stops users from scrolling.
• Plan, organize and maintain an up‑to‑date editorial calendar.
• Monitor online conversations, trends, comments and the week’s internet obsessions.
• Support social media campaigns from launch through performance analysis.
• Engage with the community in a genuine, human manner.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into authentic communication.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of social media dynamics and community behavior.
• Ability to turn business goals into content that feels natural and shareable.
• Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for cultural trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
