Community Manager – Social Media (Remote, Algeria)

About the role

Charik is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead its social media presence, focusing on Instagram and YouTube. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located in Algeria. You will be responsible for building and nurturing an engaged online community while supporting the brand’s communication goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content for Instagram and YouTube channels.
• Monitor audience interaction, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with marketing campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Open to candidates with little to no professional experience (up to 2 years).
