Completion Engineer – Drilling Campaign Support

About the role

ISS International Spa is seeking a Completion Engineer to join its drilling campaign team in Adrar, Algeria. The role focuses on preparatory activities for the upcoming drilling campaign, supporting the team through the Invitation to Tender (ITT) preparation and the subsequent contract award phase.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate technical documentation for the drilling campaign ITT.
• Assist in the follow‑up of tendering processes and ensure timely submission of required information.
• Support the contract award phase by providing engineering input and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align engineering deliverables with project schedules.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the preparation phase.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (mechanical, petroleum, or related field).
• Some experience in preparation and follow‑up of tendering processes.
• Availability to start in July 2026 for a 1‑year assignment.
• Willingness to work on a 28‑day on/28‑day off rotation and 12‑hour daily shifts.
• Ability to work onsite in Adrar, Algeria.
