Content Creator

About the role

Park Mall Setif is seeking a full‑time Content Creator to produce and publish engaging material that showcases the mall’s events, promotions, stores, restaurants, entertainment zones, and on‑site hotel. Working on‑site, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team and various mall partners to keep the brand’s voice fresh and compelling.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule written and visual content for social media, the mall website, and internal digital screens.
• Capture high‑quality photos and short videos of events, promotions, and daily mall life.
• Work with store owners, event organizers, and internal teams to gather story ideas and relevant information.
• Monitor content performance metrics and propose ideas to boost audience engagement.
• Ensure all output follows brand guidelines and reflects the visitor experience.

Required profile

• Strong written communication in Arabic and/or French; English is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple content tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a busy mall environment and attending events as needed.
• Prior experience in content creation, social media, or marketing for retail, hospitality, or entertainment is advantageous.
