Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

The Corporate Finance Manager leads the market’s financial performance, strategic planning and profitability delivery. Reporting to the EM leadership team, the role ensures robust financial stewardship, governance and group reporting while partnering with cross‑functional peers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning cycles, identifying value‑creation and efficiency opportunities.
• Oversee monthly management reporting, group submissions and statutory financial statements in compliance with IFRS, local regulations and Group standards.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, including Controls Navigator processes and Business Risk Management frameworks.
• Manage liquidity, cash flow forecasting, treasury operations and intercompany funding arrangements.
• Lead a team of four finance professionals, fostering a high‑performance, compliance‑driven culture.
• Coordinate statutory audit activities and ensure adherence to tax legislation and delegated authorities.

Required profile

• 6 to 10 years of experience in corporate finance or financial management.
• Master’s degree (Master 2, Ingéniorat, Bac +5) in finance, accounting or related field.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted business partner to senior management.
