Country Public Relations Manager

About the role

The Country Public Relations Manager will lead high‑level government and public affairs activities, ensuring the company’s strategic objectives are aligned with national policies and political dynamics. This role requires deep knowledge of the host country’s decision‑making structures and the ability to build strong relationships with senior officials.

Key responsibilities

• Map and manage the decision‑making chain of national governments and political parties, driving public‑relations initiatives at ministerial level and above.
• Interpret national policies, identify government business opportunities, and leverage resources for the company.
• Support the AR Project Director in planning and delivering ToG projects.
• Develop the country’s business and investment environment, fostering a robust government‑business ecosystem for ToG development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Public Administration, Political Science, Agricultural Economics, Engineering Management or related fields.
• Solid experience in government affairs and public relations within the host country; prior government sales experience is a plus.
• Proven access to resources at ministerial level or above and a strong network of local contacts.
• Experience in enterprises with extensive government project portfolios is advantageous.
