Creative Project Manager

About the role

Revolution Conseil is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end creative initiatives for its clients. Based in Constantine, you will work on‑site, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that meet brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from brief through delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Organise project workflows, track progress, and manage timelines, resources and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams (design, copy, media) and clients.
• Contribute to creative strategy discussions and help shape campaign concepts.
• Identify potential risks, propose solutions and keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
• Proven project‑management experience in marketing, advertising or creative agencies.
• Budgeting expertise and attention to detail.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Basic knowledge of creative production processes (design, copy, media).
