Creative Strategist - Performance Ads & UGC

About the role

Diallas, a startup studio building and scaling ventures in e-commerce, SaaS, education and the creator economy, is looking for a full-time Creative Strategist in Algiers. You will develop high-performing creative strategies for its internal ventures and the consumer brands it works with.

Key responsibilities

• Develop performance-driven advertising campaigns, UGC concepts and creative strategies for DTC brands, creator economy campaigns, digital education programs, SaaS tools for marketers, and e-commerce operations solutions.
• Research winning ads, competitors, consumer trends and market opportunities.
• Create creative concepts, marketing angles, hooks and video scripts.
• Write detailed creative briefs for UGC creators, filmmakers, editors and designers.
• Plan and run creative testing across Meta and TikTok.
• Collaborate with media buyers to analyze performance and optimize creatives.
• Develop content strategies for product launches, customer acquisition and growth, and manage multiple creative projects.

Required profile

• Experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or direct response advertising.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and UGC.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and consumer psychology skills.
• Ability to turn creative performance data into actionable ideas.
• E-commerce or DTC brand experience is a strong advantage.
• Creative, analytical, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
