Creator Talent Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Creator Talent Coordinator to lead scouting, outreach, and production management for creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The role is fully remote and operates within a small, collaborative team under a Senior Casting Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily research on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to identify emerging creators aligned with campaign goals.
• Manage outreach via email and video meetings, presenting opportunities and onboarding new talent.
• Negotiate commercial fees, contract terms, and deliverables directly with creators or their managers.
• Track production timelines, ensuring creators deliver video content on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience in casting, creator outreach, or social‑media content production.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and proactive communication skills.
• Self‑motivated team player comfortable working independently.
