Customer Marketing Manager – TAL Region (Tunisia, Algeria, Libya)

About the role

As the Customer Marketing Manager for the TAL region (Tunisia, Algeria, and Libya), you will design and execute growth initiatives and marketing campaigns that drive market share and sales objectives. You will define the offer, target groups, and messaging across multiple touchpoints, collaborating closely with sales and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of marketing campaigns to maximize market penetration and address differentiated Customer Target Groups.
• Develop and implement growth initiatives derived from the 5‑year plan, coordinating with Portfolio Leads, Sales, CPD, and Regulatory teams.
• Act as the “voice of the market” by continuously analyzing customer pain points and adapting campaign strategies.
• Own the content of campaign marketing and Grower Program Offers, ensuring they meet grower needs and provide competitive advantage.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs such as market share gain, CTG profiling, and pull‑activity effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales teams on P&L strategy and work with distributors and retailers for effective brand launches.
• Partner with Digital Innovation and communication teams to integrate digital flows and manage events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agronomy, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of marketing or sales management experience in the agrichemical industry.
• Deep familiarity with the North African business environment, specifically Tunisia, Algeria, and Libya.
• Proven project‑management track record, influencing stakeholders and leading change.
• Strong analytical thinking, performance‑driven leadership, and ability to communicate with impact.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com.
• Familiarity with AnaPlan (I‑Plan) internal planning tool.
