Customer Representative – Women Health

About the role

Organon is seeking a professional Customer Representative to promote its women’s health portfolio across Algeria. Based in Algiers, you will engage healthcare professionals, convey product value, and support better health outcomes through scientific marketing and strong relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute scientific marketing plans to meet individual and team targets.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
• Conduct customer calls with prospective and existing healthcare professionals, providing clinical and outcomes data.
• Tailor messaging to audience needs and discuss how products support quality metrics.
• Collaborate with commercial and market‑access teams to align on strategy and compliance.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor or licensed pharmacist preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
• Based in Algiers, covering the Algerian market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard business software applications.
• Strong presentation abilities.
