Customer Service Manager

About the role

IWG is looking for a proactive Customer Service Manager to lead one of its global workspace centres. You will own the centre’s performance, act as the primary point of contact for customers, and drive a culture where every visitor becomes a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day service delivery.
• Address challenges quickly, solve problems, and maintain high service standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and upsell services to existing customers.
• Lead, motivate and develop a small, close‑knit team to meet sales and service targets.
• Continuously improve the quality of the workspace and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a customer‑focused site such as a flexible workspace, retail store, or restaurant.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets while leading a small team.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for delivering world‑class service.
• Resilient, driven and ownership‑oriented attitude.
