About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Agent to join our fast‑moving team. You will be the primary point of contact for sellers via WhatsApp, assisting them with inquiries, updating requests, and ensuring smooth communication between our sourcing team and external partners.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with sellers on WhatsApp, providing timely answers to their questions.
Manage and update seller requests, ensuring accurate tracking.
Organise product and supplier information in Google Sheets.
Maintain and update data within our CRM system.
Support the sourcing team with daily tasks and small decision‑making.

Required profile

On‑site availability (no remote work).
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
Experience using a CRM platform.
