Customer Support Consultant (German & English C1, Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service provider working with tech companies such as MasterCard, Calm and MacPaw in 30+ countries. It is looking for a Customer Support Consultant fluent in German and English (C1 or higher) to join its team remotely, in a multicultural and multilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support by email, chat and call
• Follow internal procedures and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Handle sensitive customer data securely
• Apply best practices for customer satisfaction and meet KPIs
• Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and communicate with developers and other specialists

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English, spoken and written (C1 or higher)
• At least 6-12 months of customer support experience
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude

Required skills

• Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM
• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
