Data Analyst / Operations Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst / Operations Officer to ensure accurate reporting, optimise operational systems and support the development of new analytical solutions. The role combines data‑driven analysis with hands‑on system management to drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Administer structured reporting schedules to guarantee timely and accurate delivery.
• Screen operational reporting needs, generate and analyse reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to give feedback and recommendations on reporting.
• Conduct Time‑in‑Motion studies and consolidate data for analysis.
• Maintain and optimise databases supporting operational requirements.
• Facilitate regular meetings on system enhancements and resolve issues with users and developers.
• Perform pre‑launch system checks and assist in new software roll‑outs.
• Monitor system implementation, identify exceptions and escalate when necessary.
• Develop and implement new IT/analysis solutions, automate daily processes and improve reporting.
• Procure and support equipment maintenance, conduct audits and ensure compliance.
• Capture and maintain project‑specific data with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Required profile

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with Python and VBA programming.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
