About the role

CAGO DZ is a growing design agency in Oran offering creative and practical design solutions. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Designer who develops visual concepts and creates design materials for digital and/or print channels, depending on project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate project requirements into clear design solutions
• Prepare layouts and mockups, and refine designs based on feedback
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials
• Collaborate with internal teams, take part in review sessions and suggest improvements to visual communication and user experience
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and keep design files and documentation organised

Required profile

• Experience creating assets for digital platforms (web, social media, presentations) and/or print materials
• Relevant education in design, visual communication or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Portfolio showing a range of design projects and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with branding principles and user-centered design is a plus

Required skills

• Strong visual design skills: composition, colour theory, typography and layout
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma
• Ability to interpret briefs, develop concepts and present design options to stakeholders
• Attention to detail, effective communication and strong time management
