Desktop Support Engineer – Microsoft 365 & Intune

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our global enterprise environment in Oran, Algeria. The role combines traditional desktop support with responsibility for Microsoft 365 administration, Intune and Autopilot deployments, and Azure AD (Entra ID) management. You will work on‑site, providing end‑user support and ensuring the smooth operation of modern workplace technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site desktop and end‑user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Manage incidents, requests, and asset records using ServiceNow.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, Intune, and Autopilot deployments.
• Support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Configure and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals; perform IMAC activities.
• Coordinate escalations with global support teams and assist with infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, asset records, and compliance with IT policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Desktop, IT, or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong background supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic fluency required, French advantageous.
