Digital Finance Assistant

About the role

The Digital Finance Assistant will support the financial management of IT projects, ensuring budgets are correctly allocated and expenses are tracked. You will work closely with multiple internal teams to keep financial data accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full PR/PO cycle – creation, monitoring and closure.
• Verify budget availability and allocate expenses correctly.
• Integrate and maintain data required for analytical reporting.
• Follow up on invoices and ensure alignment between services delivered and the approved budget.
• Monitor IT budget consumption and raise alerts for any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Technology Platform, Facilities and HR teams.
• Escalate issues to relevant teams or leadership when necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Engineering or a related field (Master 2, Ingéniorat, Bac + 5 or Master 1, Licence, Bac + 4).
• 0‑2 years of experience in financial administration or related roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of PR/PO processes and financial workflows.
• Knowledge of CapEx versus OpEx in an IT environment.
• Ability to analyse, structure and maintain financial data.
