Digital Junior Project Manager (English Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Junior Project Manager who will support our digital projects from initiation to delivery. The role is ideal for an English‑speaking professional with 1‑2 years of coordination experience, eager to work in a global professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support day‑to‑day project activities, track task progress and organize meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions.
• Help monitor project costs, timelines and resource allocation under senior supervision.
• Prepare status updates, presentations and reports for clients, leadership and other stakeholders.
• Track and document project risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Gather and document product requirements, support product road‑maps and coordinate feedback from users and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in project coordination or product management support.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project.
• Familiarity with Jira for task tracking.
