Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

TurkZed Business is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its online presence from Algiers. The role will design, execute and optimise digital campaigns that support the company’s global sourcing and B2B trade development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage all social media accounts, develop content calendars and drive audience engagement.
• Generate qualified B2B leads and nurture prospects through targeted strategies.
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using web‑analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations and leadership to align digital initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or international trade environments.
• Strong command of English; additional knowledge of Arabic, French or Turkish is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Algiers and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
