About the role

Montessori Algeria is looking for a versatile, proactive and results-driven freelance professional to strengthen its online visibility, enhance brand awareness and support the growth of its activities. The collaboration is freelance, remote or hybrid, with clearly defined objectives, deliverables and performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• SEO and GEO: improve organic search rankings on Google and increase visibility across AI-powered search engines and assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.
• Email marketing and CRM: create newsletters, build and segment contact lists, run targeted email campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Community management: develop editorial calendars, create engaging content (copy, visuals and videos), manage social media accounts and grow an engaged online community.
• Events and special campaigns: plan and promote events, workshops, training programmes and targeted communication campaigns.
• Performance analysis: track key performance indicators, evaluate campaign results and recommend actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and communications.
• Excellent writing skills and a strong eye for visual communication.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• A results-oriented mindset, able to turn communication objectives into measurable outcomes.
