Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across social, email, search and display channels. Based in Algiers with a hybrid work arrangement, the role supports brand awareness and customer acquisition through data‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, search and display platforms.
• Manage daily social media accounts, create and schedule content, and engage online communities.
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools and generate regular performance reports.
• Analyse metrics, identify trends and adjust strategies to improve ROI and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices, testing new approaches where appropriate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in digital or online marketing, preferably in a similar specialist role.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and collaborate across functions.
