Digital Service Operation Assistant - English Speaker

About the role

The Digital Service Operation Assistant supports the Digital Service Operation Manager in daily IT Service Management activities, focusing on improving CMDB data quality and managing change processes. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with multiple IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager with CMDB ownership duties, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
• Support change management tasks, including preparing CAB meetings, monitoring implementation, and tracking changes in the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system.
• Document all activities, map existing procedures, write missing procedures, and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
• Validate change requests, conduct risk assessments, follow up on action items, and perform post‑implementation reviews.
• Design, configure, and maintain the CMDB, guaranteeing accurate representation of IT assets and relationships.
• Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, and application teams to gather requirements and resolve data‑quality issues.
• Generate reports and dashboards that provide insight into asset utilization and CMDB health.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools (considered an asset).
• Experience with root cause analysis is a plus.
