About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Audit and Management Control to join our group in Meftah, Blida. The successful candidate will lead internal audit and control functions, ensuring financial reliability and strategic alignment across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate internal audit and management control activities.
• Design and implement control procedures to guarantee compliance and data integrity.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimise costs and profitability.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and governance bodies.
• Lead, train and motivate audit and control teams.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in setting financial objectives and monitoring budgets.

Required profile

• Master 2, Engineering degree or Bac+5 in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in internal audit and management control, preferably in an industrial or financial environment.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards (IIA, IFACI) and risk management.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with audit and information‑system tools.
• Familiarity with accounting standards and local regulations.
