About the role

The Bank ABC Algérie is seeking an experienced Agency Director to lead its Birkhadem branch. Reporting to senior management, the role is responsible for driving the branch’s commercial performance while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all branch staff, providing leadership and performance coaching.
• Motivate and supervise the sales force to achieve targets.
• Plan, organize and execute commercial actions and campaigns.
• Maintain and develop the branch’s client portfolio.
• Directly handle the most important and delicate client cases.
• Ensure the conformity and regularity of all dossiers and operations.
• Monitor security guidelines and enforce safety procedures.
• Track risk indicators and participate in collection actions.
• Achieve profitability and growth objectives for the branch.
• Oversee the smooth daily operation of the agency.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in a similar banking management position.
• University degree in Banking, Finance or Commerce (at least Bac+4).
• Strong knowledge of banking products, operations and regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
