About the role

NTU International is seeking an experienced Event Production Director to join the team for a new EU‑funded project aimed at enhancing the visibility and public diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The role will lead the design, planning and execution of institutional, cultural and professional events supporting the project’s communication strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all phases of event production, from concept to delivery.
• Manage logistical arrangements, venue selection, technical equipment and on‑site execution.
• Supervise and liaise with external service providers, vendors and partners.
• Ensure events align with the project’s strategic communication and diplomatic objectives.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and quality standards to guarantee successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (minimum BAC+4) in event management, communication, cultural project management, audiovisual or stage production, or a related field.
• Fluency in French; Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English are considered assets.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in event production, institutional or cultural event organization, and vendor coordination. If the educational level is below BAC+4, at least 10 years of experience is required.
