About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Director to lead all financial, accounting, and management control activities within a fast‑growing environment. The role reports to senior management and is responsible for ensuring financial stability and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and cash‑flow management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting and tax standards.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, establishing efficient processes and controls.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role.
• Strong expertise in financial management, performance analysis, and strategic planning.
• Deep knowledge of local and international accounting and tax regulations.
• Proven ability to manage treasury functions and budget preparation.
• Leadership skills to structure processes and make autonomous strategic decisions.
