About the role

We are seeking a senior Director of Strategy and Development to lead the growth agenda of a diversified group operating in automotive, construction, food processing and other sectors. The successful candidate will shape the long‑term vision, identify new markets and partnerships, and ensure alignment with the executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the group’s multi‑sector development strategy.
• Identify and evaluate national and international growth opportunities, partnerships and market entries.
• Develop strategic plans in collaboration with senior management.
• Oversee market research, competitive intelligence and investment analysis.
• Represent the group at business meetings, trade fairs and strategic negotiations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Finance departments to implement strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Bac+5 or higher) in management, corporate strategy, international trade or a related field.
• Proven experience (6+ years) in a similar senior strategy role, preferably within a multi‑sector organization.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and leadership capabilities.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
