About the role

The company is seeking a senior professional to lead quality control across all production stages. The role ensures finished products meet established quality standards, identifies sources of non‑conformity, and drives corrective and preventive actions to minimise defect rates.

Key responsibilities

• Implement quality control protocols for raw materials, work‑in‑process, and finished goods.
• Identify, analyse, document and isolate non‑conforming batches, conducting root‑cause investigations.
• Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans in collaboration with production teams.
• Track quality KPIs such as scrap rate, rework rate and cost of non‑quality.

Required profile

• University or technical degree (Engineer or Master) in industrial engineering, quality management or a related field.
• Significant experience in a similar role within an industrial/production environment.
• Proficiency with problem‑solving tools and methods (5 Why, Ishikawa, PDCA).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and the ability to propose effective solutions.
• Residence in Tipaza or Algiers West is required.
