District Sales Representative

About the role

Join Nalco Water, a global leader in water technology, as a District Sales Representative covering the entire Algerian market. Based in Oran, you will drive revenue and profit growth for a portfolio of Light Industry customers while promoting innovative water‑treatment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue and profit growth across Light Industry customers (F&B, Institutional, Pharma, Manufacturing, Transportation).
• Build strong relationships with plant leaders and key decision‑makers.
• Execute system assurance programs and deliver continuous‑improvement plans.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend data‑driven solutions.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations and technologies to strengthen long‑term partnerships.
• Manage a territory covering all of Algeria, with a base in Oran.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or life‑sciences degree preferred).
• 5+ years experience in technical or field sales.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Immigration sponsorship not available.
• Experience in water treatment or specialty chemicals is a plus.
• Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, wastewater systems, or paper operations is advantageous.
