Engineering Manager

About the role

The Engineering Manager will oversee all engineering activities related to the factory business, ensuring reliable operations and compliance with pharmaceutical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supervisors and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across two departments.
• Verify execution of maintenance tasks, monitor staff working hours, and schedule on‑call duties.
• Plan scheduled shutdowns, approve preventive maintenance schedules, and handle document management.
• Collaborate with Procurement for spare parts, with QA for SOP finalization, and with change‑parts workshops.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Master 2) or engineering degree (minimum 5 years of higher education).
• More than 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong team‑management and industrial project‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑analysis skills and systematic approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICH, GMP, GLP, WHO, and other international pharmaceutical regulations.
• Proficiency with quality standards applicable to pharma and medical industries.
• Experience using IT tools and production‑management software.
