About the role

Join the spa team at Marriott International in Oran as an Estheticienne Masseuse. You will deliver professional massage and body‑treatment services to guests, ensuring a relaxing and safe experience while promoting the spa’s retail and treatment offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide massage services using appropriate props and products.
• Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest health status and contraindications before each session.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of techniques and modalities.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and arrange the workstation.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
• Clean, sterilize and maintain tools and treatment areas throughout the shift.
• Monitor treatment timing and handle inappropriate guest behavior according to Marriott policies.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions and keep required licensure current.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• At least one year of relevant spa or massage experience.
• State or regional massage license.
• No supervisory experience required.

• Massage therapy techniques.
• Body treatment procedures (scrubs, wraps, hydrotherapy).
• Guest assessment for health contraindications.
