About the role
Baassiri General Trading Company is looking for an experienced Executive Manager to lead its operations in Saida, Ghazieh. The role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, and procurement management to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily business operations across all departments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant industry regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the Lebanese market.
- Proven leadership and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams and drive business growth.
